Portable luxury bathroom and mobile shower trailers are fully ventilated, equipped with air-conditioning and heating, and interior and exterior lighting. Additional amenities depend on type of trailer rental.
For day use rental of luxury restroom trailer, facilities are stocked with paper towels, toilet paper, hand soap, waste baskets and waste bags prior to event. Extra restocking supplies are stored in a cabinet. Refilling/restocking of supplies during event is the responsibility of customer unless attendant is present.
Drying Towels, hand soap and paper towels are available for purchase when renting the shower trailer. Shampoo and conditioner are not available for purchase, customer must supply.
For long-term rentals, extra paper supplies are not included in the contract and are the responsibility of customer.
Circuits are necessary for full function use of trailer. Access to main power source within 200’ of trailer.
20 Amp 110 volt standard 3-prong outlets: 2 to 4x (depending on the trailer) are required.
If power supply is not available onsite, generators can be rented for an additional fee.
Yes. We carry ADA-compliant trailers that meet wheelchair accessibility needs. The trailer includes a large separate ADA-accessible/family-friendly stall equipped with wheelchair ramps, handrails, sinks, and changing tables.
Restroom Trailers – you’re responsible for regular janitorial maintenance and refilling/restocking of paper supplies during rental unless contract is agreed upon having an attendant included.
Shower Facility – customer is responsible for regular janitorial maintenance. Additional drying towels, hand soap and hand towels are available for purchase. Shampoo and conditioner are not available for purchase, customer must supply.
Shower trailer require waste water (sewage) maintenance. Due to the weight of the water holding tanks, a sewer line MUST be available onsite. It’s too dangerous for trucks to pull a trailer with full tanks, so final pumping is mandatory prior to removal.
For daily use, we’ll do the pumping for you. For long-term use, we can provide this service at additional cost, or you can hire your own third-party company.
For shower trailers, you’re also responsible for refilling the propane shower tanks during rental.
Power Requirements: Access to main power source (can be a generator) within 200’ of trailer and (2) 20 Amp 110 volt standard 3-prong outlets required. Circuits are necessary for full function use of trailer.
Water Requirements: Access to water source within 200’, standard 5/8” hose fitting and 30-60 PSI. Water is supplied to the mobile trailers by a garden hose and water spigot.
[Shower Trailers] Sewer Requirements: The holding tank is large but only holds so much. Final pumping is mandatory prior to removal—talk to us about the best option for your situation.
Major Event Trailers will provide power supply cord and water supply hose.
Long-term rentals have some additional requirements, so just let us know if that’s what you’re interested in.
For long-term rentals, you’ll need access to a sewer line so that your used water has somewhere to go.
We work on a first-come, first-serve basis, so the earlier you can book, the better. Your trailer is considered booked once we’ve received a paid deposit. Trailers often book up over 5-6 months in advance, so don’t wait to request a quote!
There are NO local delivery costs within Ventura and Santa Barbara counties. Outside of these counties, fees are based on the distance traveled and location of event.
The placement and set-up is an important part of our process, and we require that someone be present at the scheduled delivery time.

Delivery is FREE within the areas listed above. Outside of these counties, fees are based on the distance traveled and location of event.

Trailers do need to be cleaned and maintained regularly. We request that you return the trailer in the same clean condition you received it.
If you’re concerned about cleaning and maintenance, we have Cleaning Attendants available for hire to keep an eye on things and restock as needed.
Yes! We define “long-term” as weekly and monthly rentals.
Long-term rentals do require water, power, and sewage hookups. We can provide this for an extra fee, or you can hire a third party to do it for you.
You will also need to get a refill on your propane on occasion—while we can give you some supplier ideas, we don’t provide propane refills in-house.
