At Major Event Trailers, we understand planning an event requires the coordination of many details. To help you with your planning needs, we’ve put together our rental policies and most commonly asked questions when renting restroom and shower trailers. Restroom Trailers – customer is responsible for regular janitorial maintenance and refilling/restocking of paper supplies during rental unless contract is agreed upon having an attendant included.
Shower Facility – customer is responsible for regular janitorial maintenance. Drying towels, hand soap and hand towels are available for purchase. Shampoo and conditioner are not available for purchase, customer must supply.
Shower trailer require waste water (sewage) maintenance. Due to the size of the water holding tanks, a sewer line MUST be available onsite. Final pumping is mandatory prior to removal.
For long-term shower trailer use customer is also responsible for refilling the propane shower tanks during rental.

POWER REQUIREMENTS: Access to main power source within 200’ of trailer and (2) 20 Amp 110 volt standard 3-progrong outlets required. Circuits are necessary for full function use of trailer.
WATER REQUIREMENTS: Access to water source within 200’, Standard 5/8” hose fitting and 30-60 PSI. Water is supplied to the mobile trailers by a garden hose and water spigot.
SHOWER TRAILER – SEWER REQUIREMENTS: Due to the size of the water holding tanks, For long term rentals access to sewer line MUST. Sewer line must be available onsite. Final pumping is mandatory prior to removal.
Major Event Trailers will provide power supply cord and water supply hose.
If sewer line, power or water is not available, customer is responsible for extra hook-up expense(s).

We require a $500 deposit to secure your event date along with a signed service rental agreements. The remaining balance will be due 7 days prior to your event.

Yes. We carry a custom ADA Accessible trailer. The trailer has a large separate ADA-accessible/family-friendly stall equipped with wheelchair ramps, handrails, sinks, and changing tables.
There are NO local delivery costs within Ventura and Santa Barbara counties. Outside of these counties, fees are based on the distance traveled and location of event.
The placement and set-up is an important part of our process, and we require that someone be present at the scheduled delivery time.
Our office is open Monday – Friday 8am to 5pm. However, a representative is available at 800-946-9610 during all scheduled events.
Customer cancellation request prior to delivery will adhere to the following refund policy: $100 of the initial deposit is nonrefundable; thereafter, use the following schedule to determine refund:

Portable bathroom and mobile shower trailers are fully ventilated and are equipped with air-conditioning and heating systems.

FOR DAY USE ONLY – If power supply is not available onsite, generators can be rented for an additional fee.
Regular janitorial maintenance is required while trailer is in use. There is a $95 refundable security cleaning deposit. If the facility is returned clean, according to the contract, the deposit will be refunded.
Cleaning Attendants are available for hire at $250 per person, per 8 hrs. If Attendant is present, cleaning deposit will be waived.
For day use rental of restroom trailer, facilities are stocked with paper towels, toilet paper, hand soap, waste baskets and waste bags prior to event. Extra restocking supplies are stored in a cabinet. Refilling/restocking of supplies during event is the responsibility of customer unless attendant is present.
Drying Towels, hand soap and paper towels are available for purchase when renting the Shower trailer. Shampoo and/or conditioner are not available for purchase, customer must supply.
For long-term rentals extra paper supplies are not included in the contract and are the responsibility of customer.
Yes, long-term rentals are available. Weekly or monthly rentals deem as long-term use.
Long-term rental of restroom trailers require regular waste pumping maintenance. Customer is responsible for waste pumping services and expense. Customer may hire outside vendor to perform service or Major Event Trailers can provide service for an additional fee.
For long-term shower trailer use customer is also responsible for refilling the propane tank.
